After my ride yesterday I checked my training schedule to see where I am supposed to be.
I should be riding 5:00 long rides and my long run should be 1:40 at this point.
I've been running too far. I've been doing 2 hours runs for the past month and I accidently trained through a rest week.
I'm a little tired but I think I can push through another 2 weeks of this until my next rest.
Back to the run. I got up a little late and sat around for a few hours. By the time I got out of the house it was 11:00 am. I ran in some heat and wind but the hills up there are what beat me up the most. Got through it and after an ice bath I am feeling no pain.
